Korey Mekale Thomas was born July 9, 1988 to Mr. Andrew Thomas Jr. and the late Pastor, Mary Thomas of Roseboro NC.   Korey entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 2, 2017.

At an early age Korey accepted Christ as his personal savior. Korey was an active member of Temple of God Ministries.

As a child Korey sang in the Children's Choir and played drums, his gift of singing and drumming followed him into adulthood, as he actively served as a drummer and praise & worship leader at Temple of God.  Everyone who knew Korey could assuredly attest that not only did he love to sing, but the brother could sing.

Korey was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend; he always had a smile and laughter on his face.  Korey will greatly be missed from present on this earth as he journeys from labor to reward with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A Celebration of Korey's Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 13, 2017 at  Temple of God in Roseboro. Inurnment will be held privately at the family's request.
