Joseph was born in 1953 in Sampson County to Joe Nathan Morrisey and Charity Mae Bonner. A Home Going Service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, August 2, 2013 at Virtue Missionary Baptist Church at 4901 Murphy Road, Fayetteville, N.C. Rev. Jamie Sanders and Rev. Vinson Morrisey will be officiating the service. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Spaulding, Maryland.
