John C.(JC) Royal Jr. 69 of 2387 Holland Town Rd. passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at his home.

Home Going services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 a Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.

John C Royal Jr better known as JC was born on December 7, 1949 to the late John C Royal Sr and Mother Ella Mae Wadsworth Royal of the home. JC attended school in the Sampson County School System in Roseboro, NC.  JC moved to Florida and while there he worked at Champman Harvest Incorporated for many years. JC returned home to care for his ailing mother and began working at Precision Tools in Clinton, NC around 2009 and has done so until his death.

JC was preceded in death by his father John C Royal Sr and brothers, Charles Royal and Tony Royal, JC also was preceded in death by a wife Mrs. Patricia Royal.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Ella Mae Royal and four loving sons, John C Royal III(Shirley) of Georgia, Henry Anthony Royal(Shonda) of Clinton NC: Wille Lee Royal(Tina) of Georgia and Maurice Royal of Clinton NC: Two adopted children Eugene Hosea and Jessica Nolden: Siblings, Peggy Williamson of Georgia: James Earl Royal(Hilda) of Salemburg NC: Deborah Williams(Gary) of Dunn NC: Teresa Royal of Mt. Pleasant NC: Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, a special friend Mrs. Equilla Newman and many other friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm with family present from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
