Newton Grove, John Campbell Jr. 64 of 1602 Dudley Road passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Wake Med in Raleigh. Born in 1953 in Sampson County to the late John Campbell Sr. He worked as a farmer. John loved working in the outdoors, he loved to cut the grass, he was preceded in death by son; Jeffery Lynn Campbell, brothers; Daniel Hugh Campbell, Johnny Dale Campbell, Russell Campbell and Jimmy Campbell and Grandmother Buella Talberton. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, March 17, 2017 at Newton Grove Church of God. 366 Massey Road, with Pastor David Jarman officiating, burial will follow in the Grandview Memorial Gardens.
