Saturday, June 22, 2013 Roseboro, Mrs. Joeann Spell Maness 64, of 502 East North St. Roseboro, passed away on Friday, June 21,2013 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Joeann was born in 1949 in Bladen County to Mr. Henry Spell & the late Rena Mae Faircloth, she loved her family as well as a hobby of fishing. Joeann was preceded in death by a daughter, Mannie New and brother Eddie Spell. Funeral Service will be held 3:00pm Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Hope Valley Chapel with the Rev. Glenn Morgan and Debra Carlisle officiating. Burial will follow in the Spell-Tyndall Cemetery on Tyndall Grove Road in Clinton. Joeann leaves to cherish her memory: Husband, Richard Maness of the home, Sons, Wayne New Delbert New both of Roseboro Brothers, Junior Spell of Everglades Fl. Roy Spell of Kinston Tommy Spell of Roseboro Frank Spell Wayne Spell both of Ga. Six (6) Grandchildren, 7 Three(3) Great-Grandchildren The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-9:00pm Monday, June 24, 2013 at Hope Valley Funeral Service at 1246 Hobbton Hwy.
