Jeffrey Allen Ratley, 61, on Friday, June 14th, surrounded by his family, went home to be with the Lord.

He was born in Baltimore, MD, to Neal Kirk and Peggy O'Donnell Ratley. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Neal Kirk Ratley.

A private celebration will be held at a later date. He leaves behind his mother and best friend, Peggy O'Donnell Ratley. His two sons, Adam and Justin Ratley, his grandchildren, Cassie Ratley, Bethany, Landon, Jakob, and Addison Ratley. His brother, Jerry Ratley, and his two sisters, Lorraine Ratley Braswell and Charlene Ratley Quinn; Brother in law, Joe Quinn; Many nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs.
