Jazmyne Cheyanne Tyler 20 of 641 Browns Church Road  passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Sampson Regional  Medical Center.

Born in 1997 in Sampson County, NC to Rex Bell Jr. and Angel Guin. Desi as she was lovingly called had many hobbies, they were graphic art designed, games music spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Howard Guin.

A Celebration of Jazmyne's Life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, with Rev. Bobby Herring officiating.
