Friday, August 2, 2013 Four Oaks, James R. ( Jimmy) Norris Sr. 64 of 125 Mulberry Road died suddenly at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Smithfield NC. Jimmy was born in November 27, 1948 to the late Leck and Nealie Norris Norris and retired as a sheet rock hanger also a member of Four Oaks Church of God. Funeral Service will held 3:00pm Sunday August 4, 2013 at Four Oaks Church of God by the Rev. Kevin Edwards and Rev. Cha Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Benson City Cemetery in Benson. Jimmy was preceded by Brothers, Lurk Jr, Mermon, Clifton and Bobby Norris Sisters, Geraldine and Madline Norris and founder of his singing group Harmony Christ Group.
