James E. Carter 62, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at ECU Health Inpatient Hospice in Greenville, NC.

James was born March 21, 1960 in Wayne County to the late William Henry Carter and Dora Mae Register.

No services will be held.

Left to cherish the memory of James is his wife: Donna Carter of the home; son: Jamie (Samantha) Carter; daughter: Carrie (Mario) Amador; siblings: Jerry Allan Carter of Warsaw, NC, Margaret Ann (Kevin) Boan of New York, and Diane Blackburn of Goldsboro, NC. He also leaves his grandchildren: Kayla Carter, Sidnie Carter, Sadie Amador Carter, and Bentley Carter.
