James (Jimmy) Edward Arrington, 75, passed away April 3rd 2026 at Valley Hispice in Fayetteville NC. He was born in Hamlet, NC but spent most of his life in Fayetteville.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 18th, 2026, 2pm-4pm at the Eastover Recreation Center at 3637 Pembroke Lane, Fayetteville, NC 28312.

He will be forever remembered by his daughter Angela (Shane), son Dylan (Jessica), brother Glen (Laura), 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, lots of nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.

James was preceded in death by his beloved son James Todd, partner Linda Todd, mother Edith Powell, sister Cathy Ranches, brothers Tommy Arrington and William Fitchett.
