Iris Lee Beamon, 61 of Blair Lane passed away Thursday July 22, 2021 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Iris L Beamon had a heart bigger than her arms stretched wide. She nurtured and cared for many, loved listening and dancing to music, and enjoyed time with her grandchildren. Ms. Iris was mommy, auntie, nana, friend, and more to so many. A beautiful kind spirit with good laughs and great times. Ms. Iris Lee Beamon will be known as the "Queen of Keener". She was preceded in death by (3) siblings: brothers, Bobby Allen Beamon of Clinton, NC and Donald Ray Beamon of Elizabeth, NJ and sister, Chakirria Monique Beamon of Clinton, NC (1) grandson: James La'Robert Beamon of Clinton, NC.

A Home Going Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy Clinton, NC 28328. Burial will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery on McKoy St. in Clinton.

Iris leaves to cherish her memories (1) brother: Horace Beamon of Clinton, NC. (3) daughters: Shawntia Beamon of Concord, NC; Latoya Beamon of Clinton, NC; Jasmine Beamon of Gainesville, FL. (9) grandchildren: Shy'Asia Bryant, Jasheene Rhodes, Marquaves Beamon, Xzavier Beamon, Iciana Beamon, Nevaeh Beamon, Iyahna Wilson, Makayla James, and Amir Wilson. Aunts, Uncles, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 12-2:00 pm at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel prior to the Going Home Service.
