Helen Patricia Lane 71, of 1709 Bellgrave Circle, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.

Helen was born January 18, 1952 to the late Mildred Hall and James Walton.

No Services will be held at this time.

Helen is preceded in death by her parents, James and Mildred, as well as her stepfather, John Orr.

Left to cherish the memory of Helen are her husband: Jerry Lane of the home; her daughter: Shelly Poplin and husband Jimmy of Warsaw, NC; sisters: Donna Kraidman of Coatsville, PA, Sharon Mustard of Fayetteville, NC, and Michelle McLaurin of Hope Mills, NC; stepson: Rocky Lane; grandchildren: Lindsee Newell, Thomas Johnson III, Devon Lane, and Melinda Lane; great grandchildren: Allen Newell, Logan Newell, and Mason Newell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
