Hannelore Maria Beatty 78, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2023 at her home.

Hannelore was born January 10, 1945 in Germany. She was the owner and operator of both Hannis Cleaners and Hannis Embroidery for 22 years until her retirement.

Preceding Hannelore in death is her mother, Maria Kulick and brother, Freddie.

A Celebration of Hannelore's Life will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC pastor Dennis Guy will be officiating, Hannelore will remain at home with her husband.

Hannelore is survived by her husband of 29 years: Thomas Beatty of Fayetteville, NC; daughters: Sabine Preuschoff and Claudia Buhl, both of Germany; sister: Elfrida of Germany; son: Marcus Jackson of Vermont; step-children: Eric Beatty and wife Amanda of Autryville, NC, Angie Ibrahim and husband Ahmad of South Carolina, and Fonda Hawkins and husband Paul of Clinton, NC. She also leaves behind 2 grandchildren: Alex, Caroline,14 Step-Grandchildren: Brooke Beatty, Ashton Hair, Colby Beatty, Saralynn Beatty, Tiffany Hart, Courtney Hart, Brandon Hart, Jessica Thornton, Emily Simonson, Evelyn Simonson, Olivia Hawkins, Andrew Hawkins, Madison Hawkins and Kipp Hawkins, 1 great-grandchild: Antonio, 9 step-great-grandchildren and fur baby: Bear.
