Gracie Lee Byrd 66 of 2394 Bass Lake Rd. passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Born in 1951 to the late Leo and Mary Delesie Wilkins Maynor in Sampson County, NC. She was a homemaker, Gracie is preceded in death by her parents, Brothers; Tony Maynor, Thomas Carter

Sister; Claria Carter, granddaughter; Kayla Matthews.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel,1246 Hobbton Hwy. with Pastor Roy Hilburn officiating, burial will in  the Byrd Family Cemetery in Roseboro. Gracie leaves to cherish her memories: Husband: Danny Byrd, Daughters: Lisa Rodriguez of Wyoming & Kimberly Byrd of Clinton, Sons: Jamie Byrd & Christopher Byrd both of Clinton, Sisters: Lucille Carter Tammy  (Edward) Parrantor & Mary (Tony) Bradford both of Clinton, Brother: Evert Carter Grandchildren: Talisa Byrd, Joe Edwards, Frankie Faricloth, Harley Faircloth, Jamie Byrd, Jr., Brittany Byrd, Chris Byrd, Nick Byrd, Jon Byrd, Suzanna Byrd, Scottie Richmond, Bradford Bradshaw, Katie Bradshaw, Emma Bradshaw. Great grandchildren: Daniel Allen, Braylen Edwards, Aidan Faircloth, Lyla Faircloth, Jacob Matthews, Austin Faircloth, Carley Faircloth, Jax Faircloth, Savannah Byrd, Raegan Harrington,  Easton Byrd, Kayleigh Matthews, Braedon Matthews.

Gracie leaves to cherish her memories: Daughters: Lisa Rodriguez of Wyoming & Kimberly Byrd of Clinton, Sons: Jamie Byrd & Christopher Byrd both of Clinton, sisters: Tammy Parrantor & Mary Bradford both of Clinton, 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:00 pm– 3;00pm at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC.
