Geralyne Manley Cannon, 88, died July 9, 2023, at the Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton, NC, after a battle with cancer.

"Gerry," born October 14, 1934 in Belton, SC, is the daughter of the late Steve and Elva Manley. She is survived by her four children (Debra Westbrook and her husband, Billy; Eddie James; Susan Smith and her husband, Cleveland; Steven Weeks and his wife, Mary), four grandchildren (Jennifer Thomas, Cara Michelle Stocklin, Heather Wiener, and Joshua Smith), eight great grandchildren (Bethany, Trevor, Keeley, Daniella, Henry, Avi, Lucy, and Makenna), and three great great grandchildren (Mindi, Titus, and Arlan) and her brother (Ken Manley and his wife Pat). Gerry, a successful businesswoman, owned and operated a restaurant, florist shop, and tire business during her life. Cooking and flower arranging were her favorite hobbies, and she loved her pet cats and dogs. The best way to describe Gerry's life is that "she did it her way!" She is loved and will be greatly missed by her family.

A private family memorial is planned and Gerry's final resting place will be with her beloved parents in Greenwood, SC.
