Franklin 'Frankie" Neal Bell 56 of Clinton North Carolina died Thursday 21, 2023 in Sampson County.

Frankie was born on December 21, 1967 in Sampson County, NC to the late Donald Ray Bell and Vonda Douglas Bell. Frankie loved his family, his hobbies included Baseball, Football. In addition to his father, Donald Ray Bell, Frankie is preceded in death by his son Franklin Ray Bell and brother, Phillip Bell.

Private Memorial Service was held Sunday December 31, 2023 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service.

Frankie leaves to cherish his memory : His mother Vonda Louise Douglas Bell of Newton Grove, his siblings: Douglas Ray Bell of Clinton, Shelia B. Smith of Clinton, Nancy Sullivan and husband Jarman of Faison, Niece: Amanda Bell, Nephew: Michael Bell, Grandchildren: Ashley Bell and Jayden Bell.
