Franklin Hilburn 68 of 301 E Old Stage Road passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017.

Franklin was born in 1948 in Robeson County, NC to the late John Thomas and Ethel Hodges Hilburn, he enjoyed spending his free time fishing and woodworking. Franklin is preceded in death by his wife: Evelyn Lee Hilburn, Brothers: Buddy Hilburn, Jimmy Hilburn and O'Neil Hilburn. Sisters Mary Lee Hill and Faye Caulder.

Granddaughters: Madalyn Ray and Brooke Benson.

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton with Pastor Jeff Barlett officiating, burial will be held privately at the family's request.

Abigail Williams and Hank Williams. Great Grandchild: Chase Allen Lockamy.

Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation.

In Lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to Hope Valley Hawkins to offset funeral expenses.
