Clinton- Mr. Floyd Murphy, 65 of 709 Stetson Street , passed Sunday January 1st, 2012 at his home. A home going service will be held 12:00 Noon Thursday January 5th, 2012 at Holy Tabernacle United Holy Church in Roseboro, NC, with Pastor Christopher Brown Jr., officiating. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery. He was preceded in death by two sons: Floyd D. Murphy, and Kevin Murphy. He leaves to cherish his memories: Wife- Elder Barbara Murphy of the home Four Sons- Terrell and Rodney of Clinton; Timothy of Maryland; and Marcus of Bladen County Three Daughters- Freida of Fayetteville, NC; Tina of Charlotte, NC; and Renee' of Clinton.
