Thursday, June 6, 2013 Bronx, New York- Mrs. Equanna Armstead, 26 of Bronx, New York, formerly of Warsaw, NC died Friday May 31, 2013 at New York Hospice in Brooklyn, New York. A Home Going service will be held 3:00pm Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Hope Valley Funeral Chapel at 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton with Elder Davon Smith officiating. Burial will be held privately at the request of the family. Mrs. Armstead was born July 29th, 1986 in New York to Esther Armstead and Tyrone Shore. She leaves to cherish her memories: Mother, Esther Armstead of Warsaw, NC; Father, Tyrone Shore of Greensboro, NC; Three (3) children, Wilfredo Armstead of Warsaw, NC; Elijah Gordan and Christian Armstead both of New York. A public visitation will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 from 1:00pm-7:00pm at Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation.
