Eloise Carroll Barbour 78 passed away on Friday, August 2, 2019 at UNC Johnston Hospital in Smithfield.

Born in 1941 to the late Joseph Hallie and Lucile Frances Jones Carroll, Eloise was a nurse and caring for others was her passion. In addition to her parents Eloise is also preceded in death by her husband Roy Barbour and a son Ronnie West.

A Celebration of Eloise's Eternal Life will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday, August 9, 2019 at Rehobeth Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery,7089 Old Raleigh Road, Benson, NC, Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Eloise leaves to cherish her memories: daughter: Frances Marshall of Dunn NC, son: Tony West Sr. of Benson eight grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
