Edward was born in Sampson County to the late Randolph McDoe and Bonnie Dale Oates, he was preceded in death by his wife Rida Bell Williams McDoe, brothers Almond McDoe, Paul Ray McDoe, Ellis McDoe. A home going service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Running Branch Disciple Church of Christ with Rev. Calvin Deans officiating, burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery.
