Eddie Leroy Stevens, 78, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.

Eddie was born on December 13, 1941 in Wayne County, North Carolina to the late Jesse Sutton and Ethel Mae Stevens. Eddie received his education while attending the Duplin County School System.

A Home Going Service will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, located at 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.

His children: Michael Faison, Jeffery Allen of Clinton, NC, Shelia Williams of Clinton, NC, Carolyn Allen of Clnton, NC, Paula Becton of Roseboro, NC, Sister: Mable Warre of Goldsboro, NC and Mary Holsey of Goldsboro, NC, Brother: Jessie Holmes of Maryland, 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 niece, and 2 great-nieces.
