Edward Earl McClenny 56 passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh.

Earl as he was best known was born in 1963 in Sampson County, NC to the late Mack T. and Doris Tevepaugh McClenny. Earl worked at Hall Shell Station for many years as well as Hobbco as a car mechanic and EnRoute for many years, he was a humble and quite man. Edward is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Mack Edward McClenny.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January, 11, 2019 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, with Pastor Dennis Guy officiating burial will follow in the Spell/Tyndall Cemetery.

Edward leaves to cherish his memories: daughter: Ashley Royal of Roseboro, Sisters: Katherine (Elmore) Hardison of Mt. Olive and Jane Jackson of Clinton, Brother: Tommy (Linda) McClenny of Clinton, three grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation.

In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service.

The McClenny Family has entrusted Hope Valley Hawkins with the care of their loved one.
