Born in 1959 in Cumberland County to Joel Holland and Elizabeth Fowler, he preceded in death by a brother David Glenn Fowler and a nephew Joel Tripp. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy.
