Dean was born on May 3, 1948 in Worchester county, Massachusetts to the late Walter F. and Ruth N. McGinnis Murphy. A Celebration of Dean's Life will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Freedom Biker Church 4155 Rock Hill Road, Fayetteville with Pastor JD Tew officiating, burial will be held privately at the family's request. Dean leaves to cherish his memory: Mr. Murphy is survived by his sister, Leslie Murphy of Fayetteville and brother Kevin Murphy of Fayetteville.
