Dean Martin Crumpler 62 of 109 Casper Road passed away on Saturday,December 8, 2018 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.

Born in 1956 in Sampson County, North Carolina to the late Fulton and Jackie Autry Crumpler. Dean was a long haul truck driver, he loved Motown and old western country music, he will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton.

Dean leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife Phyllis Puckett Crumpler of the home, son: Brian Puckett and wife Teresa of Dunn, NC, daughters: Stephanie Jackson and husband Joey of Dunn, NC and Darlene Cowlin and husband Casey of Maggie Valley, NC, 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

The Crumpler Family have entrusted Hope Valley Hawkins with the compassionate care of their husband, father and grandfather.
