In accordance with our Heavenly Father's plan, Curtis Brown, Jr. was called home Tuesday, May 23, 2023. When he heard the voice of his father he answered, took his hand and left it all.

Curtis Brown, Jr. was born April 16, 2010, to Curtis Brown Sr. and Bettina Brown. He attended Hargrove Elementary, Hobbton Middle School and Butler Avenue. Curtis liked playing video games, Science, talking to his friends and making new friends. He was fond of Alabama Crimson Tide and the Green Bay Packers just like his dad. He was a child that was grateful for whatever you gave him, no matter how small.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Hobbton Middle School, 12081 Hobbton Hwy, Newton Grove, NC 28366. Burial will follow at Sandhill Cemetery, 3 Sampson Street, Clinton, NC 28328.

Visitation will be 8:00-10:00 a.m. prior to the service at Hobbton Middle School, 12081 Hobbton Hwy, Newton Grove, NC 28366.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Dorothy Brown; Uncle Marvin Brown of Montgomery Al.; Uncle Albert Brown Jr. of Clinton, NC; Great Aunt Barbara Brown & Cousin Eric Sanders of Clinton, NC; Aunts Augusta (Charlie) Rollins and Rosetta (Eddie) Hale of Montgomery Al.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Bettina Brown, his father Curtis Brown, Sr., and his sister Ashauntia Gray of the home. A host of family and friends who cherished him.
