He was born on April, 4, 1944. Graybeard wandered into the Edward H. Wood family of Dunn, in 1990, he attached himself to our hearts and worked with our farming family until his untimely death. A unique soul, Greybeard was very gentle and soft spoken man. He was the first to arrive in the morning, and the last to leave at night. He was a hard working member of our family, and enjoyed his friends. He will be greatly missed. Graybeard is survived by his brother Larry Holland, the families of Ronnie and Suzanne Wood, Carolyn and Mike Matthews, Charles Perry and Tina Thornton, Bonnie and Miles Jackson, Judy Glover, and Mrs. Wood. He was predeceased in death by Edward H. Wood. A memorial service organized by his Wood family will be held at Divine Street United Methodist Church in Dunn on July 15, 2015 at 5pm.
