Christopher Allen Hatfield, 40 passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.

Christopher was born August 19, 1981 in Sampson County to Billy Ray Hatfield Jr. and the late Faye Romanger Hatfield. He worked for a heating and air company, enjoyed classic rock and country music and loved to watch drag racing in his free time. Christopher most of all loved his family very much. Christopher is preceded in death by his mother Faye Hatfield and his grandmother Ruth Romanger.

The family will be holding a Celebration of Life for Christopher at 3:00 pm on Sunday April 10, 2022 at New Wine Christian Worship Center located at 1153 Wolf Swamp Rd. Jacksonville, NC 28546.

Left to cherish Christopher's memory are his children: Nia King of Haws Run, NC, Madison Hatfield of Magnolia, NC, Christopher Hatfield Jr. of Magnolia, NC, and Royal Hatfield of Warsaw, NC; his father: Billy Ray Hatfield Jr. and wife Debra; his siblings: Billy Hatfield III of Jacksonville, NC, Joy Jones of Warsaw, NC, and Christine Hall and husband Michael of Richlands, NC. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Christopher will be deeply missed by his family and those that knew him.
