Chester Riley 80, of 905 OBJ Rd. passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Betsy Johnson Hospital.

Chester was born August 23, 1942 in Gastonia, NC. He was the son of the late Ralph and Annie Mae Riley. He worked with Carolina America Tours for many years and retired from Food Lion as a Truck Driver. His passion was driving and loved senior citizens.

In addition to his parents, Chester is preceded in death by 9 sisters and 6 brothers.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Matthew Creech officiating.

Chester is survived by a very special family of over 30 years. Dear Friend Brenda Sinclair; Daughter Regina Sinclair Davis & Joel of Clinton; Son Jeffery Sinclair & Jan of Clinton; Grandchildren: Hanna Davis of Linden, NC, Jonathon Sinclair of Clinton, NC, and Brent Davis of Autryville & dear friend Lib Pope of Clinton; 1 Sister Esther Lewis of Bradenton, FL; 2 daughters Sharon Smith & Shannon McMichael of Glouester, VA. 4 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren.
