Charles William Campbell 69, of 1369 Pine Acres Road, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Services are incomplete and will be announced by Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation.

Charles was born on August 17, 1956 in California to the late Charles J. Campbell and Bobbie Jean Stewart Campbell. He proudly served as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy for 13 years. After his service in the military, Charles went on to work as a Auto Mechanic for Blacks Tires, where he retired from. Charles loved NASCAR, bowling, fishing and turkey shoots.

He is proceeded in death by both of his parents.

Charles is survived by his wife Marcy Campbell of Fayetteville, NC; Son John W. Campbell of Newport News, VA.; Stepdaughters Stephanie Gaylord of Fayetteville, NC, and Sarah Scott (Skipper) ; Sister Deleta Campbell Bruegging, of the home, White Oak, NC; Granddaughters  Isabell and Kyleigh Scott of Fayetteville, NC; Nephew Henry Bruegging, of the home, White Oak, NC; Niece Emma Hayes (Bryan) of Roseboro, NC; Great-Niece Christianna Shirk of Gulfport, Mississippi;Great-Nephew Ryan Bruegging of Roseboro, NC.
