Tuesday July 10th, 2012 Newton Grove- Mr. Charles O'max Bass, 68 of 12 Housemill Rd., Newton Grove, NC, died on Saturday June 30th, 2012 at Wake Medical Hospital in Raleigh, NC. A Celebration of Life will be held 2 pm Saturday July 14th, 2012 at Hopewell Methodist Church in Newton Grove with the Rev. Carol Dean and Kenny Bass officiating. Mr. Bass was born June 3rd, 1944 in Sampson Co., to the late Clyde Bass and Esther McLamb and proceded in death by a Sister Anna M. Edmundson.
