Cecil was born to the late Noah Smith in 1950 in Harnett County & was married to the late Linda Parker Smith. He worked as a supervisor in the Sub-Assembly Department at Hamilton Beach and also was an employee of Advantage Auto Parts in Clinton. Funeral Services will be held privately at the Smiths family's request.
