Obituary

Cameron D'Anthony White affectionately known as "Big Cam" was born on February 1, 1995 in Durham, NC. He was born to Rhonda D. White and Anthony Cameron. Cameron entered eternal rest in January 2022 at his home in Greenville, NC. Cameron was a very caring and compassionate soul. He showed love and kindness to everyone he met. He was a protector of his family and to those he loved. Cameron was born in Durham, NC, however, he and his family moved to Clinton, NC when he was four years old. Cameron was raised and educated in Clinton, NC. He relocated to Greenville, NC after graduating from Clinton High School in 2013. He lived in Greenville, NC until his untimely death in January 2022.

Cameron was an extremely dedicated and hard worker, often working multiple jobs at the same time. He began working with his family owned business, White's Janitorial Service, at a very young age. In 2020 Cameron assumed ownership of White's Janitorial Service, LLC in Greenville, NC. While in high school he worked at Pizza Inn in Clinton, NC. After relocating to Greenville, NC, he continued his career with Pizza Inn, where he advanced to shift manager. Cameron also worked in the boat manufacturing industry with companies such as Grady-White Boats, Greenville, NC and Fountain Powerboats Inc., Washington, NC. He later worked at The Hammock Source, Greenville, NC in the making and manufacturing of hammocks.

Cameron had a natural gift and a passion for cooking. With his passion and love of cooking, he owned and operated Cam's Sweat Treat where he catered to local businesses and small events. Cameron simultaneously worked at The Olive Garden and The Bodage as a Chef. Cameron's dream was to become a professional chef. He was accepted into the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada with plans to relocate in February 2022.

Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC 28328.

Cameron leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Rhonda White; father, Anthony Cameron (Beverly); seven sisters, Monique White, Kaya Foster, Trinity Truesdale, Kimberly Cameron, Nicole Cameron, Shavon Cameron and Markita Cameron; one brother, Rory White; grandfather, Leroy White. Cameron also lovingly leaves three nieces and three nephews, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Cameron was preceded in death by his brother, Marcus White, grandmother, Joyce White, uncle, Leroy White Jr., aunts, Mary Cameron and Rita Cameron.
