Brooklyn Gray Simmons, Infant gained her angel wings on November 10, 2021 at Betsy Johnson Hospital.

No services will be held.

Preceding Brooklyn in death is her Grandmother Angela Evans and her Great Grandparents Charles and Betsy Evans.

Brooklyn leaves to cherish her memory her parents Cody Gray Simmons and Karley Brooke Pratt; her Grandfather John Truett; Grandfather Carson Simmons and Grandmother Anne Brackin-Verdin; Great Grandmother Joan Huggins; Great Grandparents Ronald and Marie Brackin, Don and Linda Simmons and Sherrill Finkelstein.
