On Friday April 14th, 2023, at 10:48 pm Brenda Faye Robinson Monroe departed this earthly life in her home surrounded by love.

Brenda Faye was born on August 10, 1962 to the late Deacon Willie James Robinson Sr and mother Fennie Mary Vann Robinson. She was the sixth of ten children born to the lovely couple. Later in life she married George A. Monroe Jr.

She received her education in Clinton City School, graduating Class of 82'. She went on to further her education in the nursing program at Sampson Community College becoming a CNA. She worked on the healthcare field for many years before her health left her unable to continue. Brenda was known by her family and friends as being a very kind, loving, gentle soul while also being a firecracker. She loved cooking, decorating, creating memories with family/friends and going to church. She was a true dedicated member of First Missionary Baptist Church of Roseboro NC.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father Willie James Robinson Sr, older brother Harry Joe-Ronnie Robinson and younger sister Mary Ann.

Left behind to cherish her memories: her mother Fennie M. Vann Robinson, loving and devoted husband George A. Monroe Jr, her daughter Jasmine F. Mckiver, daughter in love Marquita R. Rich, 5 grandchildren Janya Smith, Ja'Kquese Smith, Ja'Kiyah Rich, Savannah Williams, Ja'Keem Smith, 3 brothers Willie James Robinson Jr, Tony Lee Robinson(Christine) Benny Ray Robinson, 4 sisters Geneva Cunningham (Lawrence) Sarah Hines(Ronnie) Penny Kay Robinson(Rickey) Eva May Owens(Kirby) and host of of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Home Going service will be held 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at First Missionary Baptist Church, 412 Johnson St, Roseboro, NC, United States, North Carolina. Burial will follow in Roseboro Snow Hill Cemetery, located off Highway 24 on Snow Hill Church Road in Roseboro.

A Walk Through visitation will be 2:00-6:00 pm, with family present 6:00-7:00 pm, on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC 28328.
