Brantley Hiram Lewis 62 passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at his home.

Brantley was born March 17, 1959. He was the son of Charles Brantley Lewis and Emma Ruth Lewis. Brantley made his living working in construction where operating heavy equipment came second nature to him. He loved golf, being outdoors and watching Nascar. He had a talent for woodworking and could build almost anything. Brantley was very compassionate, hard working, and loved his family very much.

Preceding Brantley in death is his father Charles Lewis and mother Emma Lewis.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday October 28, 2021 at Clinton Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Wednesday 27, 2021 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel located at 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC 28328.

Brantley leaves to cherish his memory his daughters: Jennifer Lewis of Turkey, NC and Ashlie Lewis of Clinton, NC; his sister: Joy Lewis Shaw and husband Howie of Goldsboro, NC; his grandchildren: Jessiah Oates, Emma Jewel Robinson, and Jonathan Robinson Jr.; one niece Haley Darden and a special friend Jeannie McClenny of Turkey, NC.
