In 1964 Billy was born In Union County to the late Billy F. & Carolyn Starling Harrington , he was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Harrington. Funeral Service will be held 3:00 pm Monday, August 5, 2013 at Hope Valley Funeral Chapel by Rev. Al Harman officiating, Burial will follow at 2:00 Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Lakeland Memorial in Monroe, N.C.
