Saturday January 21st, 2013 CHANGE OF SERVICE LOCATION FOR FUNERAL SERVICE Clinton- Mrs. Betty Jean Bryant Butler, 71 of 60 Joyce Lane died on Thursday January 17th, 2013 at her home. A home going service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday January 23rd, 2013 at New Life Outreach Ministries 708 Sampson Street. with Apostle Marcus Becton officiating. Burial will follow at the Sandhills Cemetery. Mrs. Butler was born December 5th, 1941 in Sampson Co., to the late Lane Bryant and Mary Frances Barden. She was preceded in death by a brother Wendell Bryant, and a sister Annie Grace Marshall. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: One (1) daughter Deborah Bryant of Clinton, NC; and Three (3) Sisters Martha Edna Bryant of Clinton, NC, Alice Frances Kirby of Clinton, NC; and Mary Ellen Parker of Salemburg, NC. A public visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm Tuesday January 22nd, 2013 at Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation and other times at the home.
