Born in 1960 in Pickway County, Ohio to the late Okey James Conner and Cletha Mabe Conner, she is preceded in death by brothers: Pete Conner, Jerry Conner and Mike Conner. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, with Rev.
