Belinda Faulkner Ward 72 of 147 Lorraine Road passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Born in Onslow County, NC in 1949 to the late Guy and Mary Pennington Faulkner, Belinda spent her life loving and taking care of her family and anyone in need, she was a faithful employee of Clinton Walmart and loved her coworkers.  Belinda loved her family but most of all she loved her God. In addition to her parents Belinda is also preceded in death by her husband Leland Ward, son: Jonathan Ward, brother: Guy Ray Faulkner, sister: Mary  (Betty) Bradshaw, and grandsons: Daxton Ward and Ricky Starnes.

A public visitation will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Spirit of Life Church of God, 180 Overland Road, Clinton from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Funeral Services and burial will be held privately.

Belinda leaves to cherish her memories: her children: Kimberly Starnes and husband Marshall of Clinton, NC and Christal Thompson of Clayton, NC, siblings: Marcus Faulkner and wife Concha of Clinton, NC,  Lawson Faulkner and wife Penny of Morehead City, NC, William Faulkner and wife Linda of Greenville, NC,  Johnny Faulkner and wife Julie of Sparks, NV, grandchildren: Dylen Ward, Cameron Hall, Blazer Ward, Jossalin Ward, Codi Starnes, Hayley Thompson, Duncan Thompson and August Thompson, great-grandchildren: Tensley Ward and Ryan Starnes.
