Barbara Walker Thompson, 88, passed away at home on Thursday, December 10, 2020.

Born on September 16, 1932 to the late Finne Walker & Emma Edwards, Barbara was the window of Robert Franklin Thompson and worked in the textile industry.

She is peacefully in death by her husband: Robert Franklin Thompson, a son: Johnny F. Thompson, and her great-granddaughter: Cierra Moore.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Grandview Memorial Gardens, US Hwy 421 N Clinton, with Pastor Mark Fields officiating, Entombment will follow.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memories, son: Robert W. Thompson and wife Pat of Ruther Glen, VA, daughter: Diana Barefoot and husband Darrell of Dunn, NC, and Edith Hammond and husband Dean of the home, 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 28 great-great grandchildren.

Ms. Barbara Walker Thompson will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
