Annie Ruth Haywood 79 died peacefully Wednesday 17, 2018 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Annie was born in 1939 in Pine Hurst, NC to Earnest C. Lewis of Engle Springs, NC and Lula Mae Ratliff of Chesterfield, SC, she was ordained in 1998 as a Minister/Teacher. Annie worked for 35 years as Returns for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in Stamford, Ct.

Annie had one son: Stanley A. Caviness.

She leaves to cherish her memories; grandsons: Anthony and Rashied, four great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
