Annette Felicia Smith born March 21, 1961 to Willie James Smith and Catherine Faison Smith passed this life Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at the Sampson Regional Memorial Hospital in Clinton, North Carolina. Annette knew the Lord. She joined the New Life Outreach Ministries Internatinal Church in 2009. Annette was educated in the Sampson County School District. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1979. After graduation she attended A & T in Greensboro, North Carolina. She also attended Sampson County Technical School. She was most recently employed as a CNA Assistant for an adult daycare in Clinton, North Carolina. A Celebration of Annette's Life will be held 6:00 pm Sunday, July 13, 2014 at New Life Outreach Ministries International at 708 Sampson Street, Clinton, with pastor Regina Lucious officiating, burial will be held privately at the family's request. Annette was known for her hospitality. She never met a stranger. Annette was very loyal, loving and spiritually. However, she was also a very strong person and was ready to fight anytime, anyplace and anywhere. She leaves behind to cherish her memories: Her only child, Tina Moore, two (2) siblings: her brother, Isaac (Daphne) Faison of Fayetteville, NC and her sister, Judy Pleasant of Clinton, NC: 2 maternal aunts: Sadie (William) Tallie of Newburgh, NY and Pearl (Ray) Wynn of Clinton, NC; her special and longtime friend, Johnnie Damon and a host of other relatives and friends.
