Amanda Michelle Jones 53, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Amanda was born May 20, 1968 in Lenoir County to Gary Jones and Brenda Williams. She was a stay-at-home mother, caring for her three children and enjoying time with her grandchildren. Amanda enjoyed watching television, especially Jerry Springer and drinking a hot cup of coffee. Amanda is preceded in death by her Stepfather Ralph Williams.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy. Clinton, NC 28328. Burial will follow at 120 Summerlins Farm Ln. Warsaw, NC 28349.

Left to cherish Amanda's memory are her parents Gary Jones and Brenda Williams of Goldsboro, NC; her 2 siblings Everett Williams  Paul Williams, her three children Joshua Hernandez (wife Linda Hernandez), Nicholas Hernandez, and Breanna Hernandez all of Warsaw, NC; her significant other and father of her children Noel Hernandez; and her two grandchildren Abigail Hernandez and Gabriel Hernandez.
