Amanda Lynn Bradshaw, a loving mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2026, at Cape Fear Valley Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. Born on February 6, 1970, in Sampson County, Amanda's life was a testament to warmth, dedication, and unwavering love.
She was known for her caring nature, quick wit, and the articulate way she expressed herself. Amanda worked tirelessly throughout her life, always putting the needs of her family first. These qualities endeared her to all who knew her and left an indelible mark on the hearts of her loved ones.
A Graveside Service will take place at 2:30 pm on Friday, June 5, 2026 in the Bradshaw Family Cemetery, 3291 Bradshaw Rd., Clinton, NC 28328. Visitation will be held prior to the service, from 12:00-2:00 pm, at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel, 1246 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, NC 28328.
Amanda's joy was found in the simple pleasures of life. She loved music of all kinds, allowing melodies to weave through her days with grace and comfort. The outdoors called to her often, where she embraced nature's beauty with open arms. Most of all, Amanda adored her family and treasured moments spent with her grandchildren, especially their beach trips—a hallmark of her happiest memories.
She is survived by an exceptional family who will carry her spirit forward: her son Daniel Lambert and his wife Ashley Edwards Lambert of Clinton, North Carolina; her daughters Ashley Lambert of Warsaw, Memory Thornton of Dunn, Neilyah Blue, Myranda Blue, and Julia Blue—all of Clinton; her beloved mother, Shirley Cavenaugh; her brother Wesley Bradshaw; and her sisters Sheila, Victoria, and Susan. Amanda’s heart lived in her seven grandchildren: Scarlett Lambert, Henry Thornton, Christian Capps, Lance Bradshaw, Seth Bradshaw, Isabella Marie Ramirez, and Haylien Blue, with the anticipation of another grandchild on the way, Aiden Carter, who will know the legacy of love Amanda leaves behind.
Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Roy Bradshaw, and her husband, Cornellius Blue.
Though Amanda has left this world, her nurturing spirit, infectious laughter, and steadfast dedication will forever echo in the lives she touched. She was a beacon of love and resilience whose memory will continue to inspire. Amanda Lynn Bradshaw’s story is one of heartfelt devotion and joyous living—a precious gift to all who knew her.
