Born in Erie County, New York in 1957 to George Christopher and Mary Suzanne Miller Rappleye, He is preceded in death by a brother Jonathon Rappleye. A Celebration of Patrick's Life will be held 2:00 pm, November 7, 2015 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel with Rev. Al Harmon officiating, burial will be held privately at the family's request.
