Rodney Taylor 50 of 861 Claude Scott Road died Saturday June 1, 2019 surrounded by his family at his home.
Memorial Service will held 6:00 pm Monday, June 3, 2019 Warsaw First Original Church 816 North Pine Street Warsaw, NC 28398 by the Rev. Tim Gore and Pastor Danny Smith officiating
Rodney Taylor was born January 27, 1969 in Wayne County, North Carolina to Robert and Myra Taylor. Rodney was united in marriage to Tina Cashwell on January 15th, 1994.They were blessed with their first child Joshua on January 19, 1995. On April 8, 1997 they were blessed with another son Nick and on August 15, 2000 they were blessed with their daughter Katie.Rodney’s greatest joy was the love of family and spending time with his children and wife. One of the greatest treasures was the birth of his grandson Cameron.Cameron brought a whole new light into Rodney. It was easy to see the bond these two shared. Rodney was so looking forward to the same bond with his two new grandchildren arriving in July. We know he will be rejoicing at the site of those babies from Heaven. He is preceded in death by a brother: John Boy Taylor, paternal grandparents: Eddie & Pearl Taylor, maternal grandparents: Issacs & Nelda Phipps, niece: Brandi Taylor and mother-in-law: Mary Ann Padgett.

Ammons, parents: Robert & Myra Taylor, brothers: Kent Taylor & wife Charity, Eddie Taylor & wife Karon, Phillip Taylor & wife Lisa, Nieces & Nephews: Carrie & Samantha Taylor, Krystal Vernon & husband C.D. & daughter Rylee Grace, Andy & Tiffany Harrell, Kayla Taylor & Zach, Bella Hall, Sophia and Khloe Taylor, Jaron & Matthew Hall, Jaxon Jordan & Jaydn Taylor and Bailey Taylor.
