Lester Elkins 57 of 2024 Stephen Road passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Wake Med in Raleigh.

Funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Faith Chapel Church with Pastor Gene Morgan officiating, burial will be held in West Virginia.
