Master Juan Angel Ortiz infant died on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

A Rosary and visitation will be held from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Service & Cremation, 1246 Hobbton Hwy.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Clinton Cemetery.
